NCS 5101 PA is a high performance low profile vinyl ester based infusion resin, especially formulated by NCS for applications requiring superior osmosis resistance, good toughness and improved cure.

NCS 5101 PA has excellent low profile properties and therefore minimises the effect of print through, thus providing an enhanced surface finish. In addition, the low viscosity affords rapid wet out of reinforcements leading to quick processing times.

The formulation has been optimised so that only the addition of standard MEK peroxide, such as Butanox M50, is required to achieve a wide range of cure profiles to suit the fabricator.

NCS 5101 PA is specifically designed for infusion/RTM processes and most suitable for marine applications.
